We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate advisors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to maximise productivity.
  • Oversee secondary market transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in a managerial or team leader role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market.
  • Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
