Area Experts Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Advisor – Secondary Market to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property, excellent market knowledge, and a talent for building lasting client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Secondary Market Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused approach with a professional and consultative sales style.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai’s secondary market.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to generate and convert leads.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market developments.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
